TRAVIS - NM
DOB: 8/3/24
Weight: 39 lbs
Breed: Rescued
Meet Travis! Travis’s rescue journey began before he even opened his eyes. A kind-hearted couple had recently moved from California to TN and was out looking for properties. While driving, they witnessed a truck hit a dog and just kept on driving. The couple stopped to help her and took her to the vet. Xrays showed that she was pregnant and they took her into their care. Shortly upon her arrival into their home, she gave birth to 3 beautiful puppies. Travis and his siblings were well loved and cared for during their time with them. They even kept the mom and say she has the most beautiful, gentle temperament. It seems as though Travis has inherited those same sweet qualities.
In just a short time, Travis has burst out of his shell, and he’s truly just an incredibly affectionate boy who is eager-to-love. He loves being with people and he has such a sweet and gentle soul. He hopes his future family can still offer him with lots of patience and kindness as he adjusts to the hustle and bustle of a world he hasn’t been exposed to. Travis will thrive with an active lifestyle, positive reinforcement training, and plenty of mental stimulation. This boy is smart and eager to learn.
Travis is almost potty trained but will need some help transitioning from the shelter into a home. He walks well on a leash, but he does zig zag a bit, drawn in by different smells and sights. Travis is food motivated and we think with some dedication he’ll learn the ropes very quickly!
Travis does well with other dogs and would even benefit from a well-socialized canine sibling to help guide him. Travis has lived with cats and done well with our shelter cats. As he has not been around kids, we think slightly older dog-savvy, respectful kiddos (if any) would be best.
Travis has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on his vaccinations and monthly preventatives. If you’re looking for a rewarding journey with a dog who will be forever grateful for the love and security he’s never known, Travis is ready to take that leap with you.

RAISIN - SF
DOB: 11/8/2024
Weight: 20 lbs

Meet Raisin! Raisin and her two other siblings Radar and Rocco had a rough start after being dropped off at the humane society, but they’re ready to leave the past behind and find their forever homes! With their striking black-and-white coats and soulful eyes, Raisin, Radar, and Rocco are as stunning as they are sweet.
At first, they may be a little shy, but the moment you scoop them up for pets, they absolutely melt in your hands. They’re affectionate, eager to bond, and will no doubt become the most loyal companions.
With what looks like a mix of cattle dog—maybe even some border collie—these pups are built for action. That means they’ll need active homes where they can get plenty of exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation. Training, puzzle toys, and adventures will be key to keeping their brilliant little minds engaged!
As young puppies, it’s very important that they get lots of training and socialization to help mold them into well-mannered dogs. An older companion dog could also help benefit them as well. We are unsure how these little ones do with cats currently.
Raisin has been spayed, microchipped and is up-to-date on her monthly preventatives and vaccines. If you’re looking for an intelligent, loving, and active pup to add to your family, Raisin, Radar or Rocco are ready to steal your heart.

If there is a bigger, confident dog in the home that can help redirect his puppy energy that would be best as he's still working on learning boundaries. Rocco has done well with our shelter cats. Rocco has not met any kids, but based on his suspected breed, we think a home with kids 6+ would be best.
